<p>The AGO offers a series of multi-sensory tours to visitors with vision loss, designed to increase their opportunities to engage with art.</p>
<p>Tours topics vary from month to month and include tactile experiences with art, plus verbal descriptions, combined with objects, sounds and smells, which evoke connections to the collections.</p>

<p>Directions to Hart House</p>
<p>Important point to remember – The road that is directly north of Hart House changes names 4 times from West (left) to East (right). They are as follows, Harbord, Hoskin, Queens Park Circle, and Wellesley,</p>
<p>The most convenient way to Hart House coming from St. George station is to travel South (down)  St. George street until you get to Harbord, head East (left) away from the large grey building and travel towards Tower Road where you will then head South (right) in the direction of Soldier’s Tower. Hart House will be on your left.</p>
<p>People travelling from Museum station should travel South (down) from Museum until you reach Queens Park Circle, then follow that West (right) until it turns into Hoskin. From there you should travel past a path next to Trinity College until you get to Tower Road and Hoskin. At this point, travel towards Soldier&#8217;s Tower. Hart House will be the building on the left of you.</p>
<p>Those who are travelling on the 94 TTC Bus can catch it at any point on the Harbord, Hoskin, Queens Park Circle, and Wellesley route, or at Ossington, Wellesley and Castle Frank. The bus takes you to Tower Road.</p>

<p>Applications will open April 18<sup>th</sup> and close on May 3rd, 2013. PLEASE NOTE: All applications must include personal statement and a resume. To qualify for Executive Board Member it is preferred that candidates have previous board experience, however this is not mandatory. All applicants and nominators must provide UToronto email account.</p>

<p>Annual General Meeting</p>
<p>The meeting follows the standard Robert’s Rules of Order.  The AGM will be held on <strong>May 10th, 2013 from 6:00–8:00pm </strong>at Hart House South Dining Room. Candidates will deliver a 5 minute speech. U of T students, alumni faculty and staff (with valid UToronto email) are eligible to vote.</p>
<p>You will be asked to include a personal statement on separate page explaining why you want to be a part of the SBA Board of Directors. Candidates may wish to include interests or connection to the disability community, past experience on a board, and what they can bring to the organization, etc.</p>
<p>All of the following positions are one (1) year terms.  The elected incumbent shall not hold the same position for more than three (3) consecutive years.</p>
<p>As <strong>Chair,</strong> the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
<p>•       To facilitate monthly board and executive meetings ;</p>
<p>•       To oversee all human resource matters including hiring, training, and supervising employees, contractors and consultants;</p>
<p>•       To evaluate the work performance of staff, contractors, and consultants;</p>
<p>•       To work a maximum of five (5) hours per week on SBA related business;</p>
<p>As <strong>Vice-Chair</strong>, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
<p>•       To attend monthly board and executive meetings;</p>
<p>•       To manage the internal affairs of the organization;</p>
<p>•       To coordinate and oversee the work of all advisory committees;</p>
<p>•       To work a maximum of five (5) hours per week on SBA related business;</p>
<p>•       To assume the role and authority of the Chair in their absence.</p>
<p>As <strong>Treasurer</strong>, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
<p>•       To participate in anti-oppression training;</p>
<p>•       To respond to emails and other board correspondence in a timely manner;</p>
<p>•       To attend and serve as SBA representative at no less than three (3) outreach events during the current academic year;</p>
<p>•       To act as a signing authority for the organization in general;</p>
<p>•       To serve as liaison between board members, staff, and book-keeper.</p>
<p>As <strong>Secretary</strong>, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
<p>•       To attend monthly board and executive meetings;</p>
<p>•       To oversee the internal membership and communications of the organization;</p>
<p>•       To act as minute-taker at all board meetings;</p>
<p>•       To work a maximum of five (5) hours per week on SBA related business;</p>
<p><strong>Member-at-Large</strong></p>
<p>As Member-at-Large, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
<p>•       To attend monthly board and executive meetings;</p>
<p>•       To participate in a board retreat;</p>
<p>•       To participate in anti-oppression training;</p>
<p>•       To respond to emails and other board correspondence in a timely manner;</p>
<p>•       To work a maximum of five (5) hours per week on SBA related business;</p>
<p>•       To attend and serve as SBA representative at no less than three (3) outreach events during the current academic year; and</p>
<p>•       To review and provide analysis on any relevant internal documentation brought forth to the board by fellow directors or staff.</p>
<p>As a <strong>General Member</strong>, the incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:</p>
